I will make one. THE GEM OF ABSORB LORE. This Gem has 50 Charges and fits in the palm of a hand. Its purpose is to copy files of spellbooks or any book and store the content. Later, the user can point the gem and project the information on any flat surface. It was invented by the God of magic because he became disturbed at his activity of remembering, forgeting, and sleeping to be a high level wizard.

Design an artifact, too.
