If it weren't for the creative guys at Tactical Studies Rules (TSR) I doubt we'd have the extensive fantasy- and mythology-based literature and games which are so popular and financially successful today.
Rest well, Gary.

However, he'll live on through his games he created and inspired.

Mon, March 10, 2008 - 5:35 PMThat was a hell of a game. The first time I played, it took six well-seasoned gamers (10-20 years experience each) four eight-hour sessions just to generate characters and get the basics of the gaming mechanics.
I don't think I'll be trying that again any time soon. It was a masochistic experience.
